Shipping Information
We do our very best to send our your order as quickly as possible. Because many of our items are handcrafted and made to order, please allow 1-3 weeks for your order to arrive. We do not ship on (Saturdays, Sundays or holidays). If you order more than one item and one or more of your items are backordered, your in-stock item(s) will be shipped per our normal processing time. Your backordered item(s) will be shipped separately at no additional charge when they become available. You will be alerted to any shipping delay at the time of order. You will also be notified of any other delays beyond 10 days after placing your order.
Please note that delivery dates are not guaranteed in the event of service interruptions or failures caused by events beyond the control of RockyRiver Designs.com (including, for example, interruptions of our transportation systems or the services provided by our carriers, your bank, credit card or acts of nature).

Post Office Boxes
Orders sent to P.O. Boxes can only be sent via USPS Priority Mail. Expedited orders cannot be sent to P.O. Boxes.
USPS, UPS and FedEx Delivery & Tracking Confirmation
Once your package is shipped, you will be provided with a delivery confirmation or Tracking Number that you will be able to enter, and track your package online. Upon receiving your delivery confirmation or tracking number, just click on one of the logos below and enter your number in the space provided.
