Where do you ship to?

We ship anywhere in the United States.

 
What methods of shipping do you use? Our orders are shipped via USPS, UPS or Fedex Express.

 
About how long will it take for my order to arrive? We do our very best to send out your order as quickly as possible. Because most of our items are handcrafted and made to order or drop shipped from our CA facility, please allow 1-3 weeks for your order to arrive.

If you order more than one item and one or more of your items are backordered, your in-stock item(s) will be shipped per our normal processing time. Your backordered item(s) will be shipped separately at no additional charge when they become available.

 
What is your return policy? Rocky River Designs is happy to replace an item with another selection, or issue a gift certificate or refund.

You may return an item for refund or replacement within 30 days of the shipment date. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. All returns must be accompanied by the packing slip and properly mailed in protective packaging. If you wish to make an exchange rather than a return, simply list the items in which you would like in exchange for your original order on your invoice. Please also include the exchanged item’s price along with any sizing information needed to complete your exchange. Merchandise received that is damaged, scratched or show visible wear will not be eligible for a return or exchange.
When you return an item, make sure it is in new condition, and include the original packing slip. Contact us for a RA# (return authorization number) as we cannot accept returns without this number.  You may want to insure an item as we cannot be responsible for lost, misdirected or damaged returns. Once we receive your return, we will send you an e-mail confirmation.

 
What methods of payment do you accept? For online purchases we accept Paypal.

Is there sales tax? Yes, for North Carolina customers only : 7.5% sales tax.

 
What happens once I place an order online? We will send you an order confirmation by e-mail letting you know that your order has been received. We will let you know if an item is out-of-stock or on back-order.

 
Will I receive confirmation once my order is shipped? We will send you an e-mail message confirming that your order has been shipped.

 
How safe is it ordering online? Ordering from Rocky River Designs is guaranteed safe. All information is stored on a secure server accessed only by our staff.

 
What about my address information? At Rocky River Designs we believe that safeguarding your online privacy is our responsibility. We will only use this information within Rocky River Designs to send out newsletters or announcments to our customers.

 
When will an item marked "OUT OF STOCK" be back in stock? Usually within a few weeks. Email us and tell us what you would like and we will email you when it arrives.
 

Do you offer Wholesale Prices to retailers?

Not at this time.
